Article Processing Charge (APC) Policy

Jurnal Ilmiah Kesehatan Keperawatan (JIKK) is an open-access journal committed to ensuring wide dissemination of scholarly work while maintaining transparency in publication costs.

Article Processing Charges

To support the costs of editorial processing, peer review management, website maintenance, DOI registration, and long-term digital archiving, the journal applies the following Article Processing Charges (APC):

  • Indonesian Authors: IDR 500,000 per accepted manuscript

  • International Authors: Free of charge (No APC)

The APC is charged only after the manuscript has been accepted for publication. There are no submission fees.

What the APC Covers

The APC includes:

  • Editorial and peer-review management

  • Copyediting and layout editing

  • DOI registration

  • Online publication and hosting

  • Digital archiving and indexing maintenance

Waiver Policy

International authors are fully exempt from APC as part of the journal’s commitment to enhancing global collaboration and international scholarly exchange.

Requests for special consideration or institutional collaboration may be reviewed by the Editorial Board.

Transparency and Integrity

The payment of APC does not influence editorial decisions. All manuscripts undergo a rigorous double-blind peer review process based solely on academic merit, originality, and relevance to the journal’s scope. The differentiated APC policy reflects the journal’s commitment to supporting international scholarly collaboration and increasing global participation.
