Article Processing Charges
To support the costs of editorial processing, peer review management, website maintenance, DOI registration, and long-term digital archiving, the journal applies the following Article Processing Charges (APC):

Waiver Policy
APC Exemption for International Authors
International authors are fully exempt from APC as part of the journal’s commitment to enhancing global collaboration and international scholarly exchange.
Requests for special consideration or institutional collaboration may be reviewed by the Editorial Board.
No Submission Fee
Charged After Acceptance Only
Authors are not required to pay any fee during manuscript submission. The APC applies only after the manuscript has successfully passed the editorial and peer-review process and has been accepted for publication.
Transparency and Integrity
The payment of APC does not influence editorial decisions. All manuscripts undergo a rigorous double-blind peer review process based solely on academic merit, originality, and relevance to the journal’s scope.
